2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of any country where participation in this type of promotion is legal, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is older). Employees, contractors, officers, directors, affiliates, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or household members (whether related or not) of Feather or its subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional partners, and agencies are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Residents of certain countries may be excluded based on local laws governing sweepstakes and contests. Due to complex gaming laws, residents of Australia, New Zealand, Italy, and certain Middle Eastern countries might be subject to additional restrictions.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation in this Promotion is compliant with all applicable local laws. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if participation violates local regulations.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM (PST) on April 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM (PST) on April 21, 2025. Winners will be announced on April 22, 2025 via email and social media, and listed on the official leaderboard hosted on our website and KickoffLabs sign-up page.

4. How to Enter

Participants must sign up via the Feather KickoffLabs campaign page and complete referral or social engagement actions as outlined on the contest dashboard. Each action is assigned a point value disclosed at the time of sign-up and accessible via the website. 

Point values will not be changed without written notification communicated via email and updated on the website.

Leaderboard rankings are based on total accumulated points. The leaderboard will publicly display the participant's first name, score, and rank unless the participant requests anonymity via email.

Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Feather is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. Fraudulent activities will be monitored and may result in disqualification and potentially legal action.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without using the KickoffLabs platform, send an email to hello@featherapp.com with the subject line "21-Day Connect Challenge Entry" and include your full name, email address, and phone number in the body of the email. Each email constitutes one entry. Limit one email entry per person for the duration of the Promotion Period.

Limited to one (1) account per person. Multiple entries from the same person or email address using different identities or accounts are prohibited. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Fraudulent activities will be monitored and may result in disqualification and potentially legal action.

International Participation: The Promotion is conducted in English. All entry information, correspondence, and prize acceptance documents must be in English. While we welcome international participants, certain actions or features of the Promotion may have limited functionality in some countries due to local regulations or technical limitations. Feather reserves the right to disqualify entries from certain jurisdictions if legal compliance in those areas cannot be verified.

5. Entry Restrictions and Anti-Fraud Measures

The following actions are prohibited and will result in disqualification:

• Creating multiple accounts

• Using disposable or temporary email addresses

• Using scripts, bots, or automated systems to generate entries

• Creating fake or fraudulent referrals

• Impersonating another person

• Any other method that violates the fair spirit of the Promotion

In order to constitute a valid referral, your contacts must: 1) sign up during the Promotion Period; 2) use a valid email address to sign up; 3) not already have an entry in the giveaway; and 4) not be determined as fraudulent per the review of the Sponsor.

Feather reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Official Rules.

6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value

• First Place: $750.00 USD

• Second Place: $350.00 USD

• Third Place: $150.00 USD

Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $1,250.00 USD. 

For winners within the United States, prizes will be delivered as a digital VISA gift card. For international winners, prizes will be delivered via international digital payment platforms such as PayPal, Wise, or another method agreed upon with the winner. Winners responsible for tax and fees. 

Prizes are non-transferable and will be delivered within 30 days of winner confirmation. Winners will need to provide their legal name and appropriate payment information. No prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion. Feather reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners are selected based on their final ranking on the leaderboard as of 11:59 PM (PST) on April 21, 2025. Winners will be notified via the email used at sign-up and announced publicly on Feather's social media platforms. Winners must respond within 5 business days to claim their prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, fails to provide required information for prize fulfillment, or is determined to be ineligible, such potential winner forfeits the prize. In such event, the prize will be awarded to the next highest ranked participant on the leaderboard. 

8. Winner Verification

Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and/or a Publicity Release form within ten (10) days of notification. If a potential winner fails to comply with this requirement, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

9. Tax Responsibilities

For U.S. Winners: U.S. winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes. In compliance with IRS regulations, Feather will issue a Form 1099-MISC to any U.S. winner if the value of the prize is $600 or more. Winners may be required to provide their Social Security Number or Tax ID for tax reporting purposes.

For International Winners: International winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying any tax liabilities in accordance with the laws and regulations of their country of residence. Feather is not responsible for withholding, collecting, reporting, or paying any taxes on behalf of international winners. The value of the prize may be taxable as income in the winner's country of residence. International winners should consult with a tax professional in their jurisdiction to determine their tax obligations.

Depending on the winner's country of residence, Feather may be required to withhold a portion of the prize amount in accordance with U.S. tax treaties with other countries. In such cases, the withheld amount will be deducted from the prize before distribution.

10. Limitations of Liability

Feather and its affiliates are not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or for any technical errors.

By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless Feather and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such participant's participation in the Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney's fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion.

11. Rights Granted by Entrants

By entering this Promotion, participants grant Feather the right to use their name, likeness, and leaderboard score for promotional purposes without further compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law.

Participants agree that Feather shall have the right to use, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy, display, publish, tailor, and otherwise exploit participant's name, likeness, voice, image, and all other information provided by participant in connection with the Promotion for promotional, marketing and trade purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, without any additional notice, compensation, attribution, permission or approval from participant, except where prohibited by law. Participants further agree, upon Feather's request and without compensation, to sign any necessary documentation that may be required for Feather to use the rights participants have granted above.

12. Privacy Policy

All information submitted in connection with this Promotion will be treated according to Feather's Privacy Policy, available at www.feather.vip/privacy-policy. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to the collection and use of their information as described in the Privacy Policy. Entrants agree to receive marketing communication and may unsubscribe at any time.

Participants acknowledge that their contact information will be used by Feather for marketing communications. You may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails or replying with STOP to text messages.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to receive email newsletters or text messages periodically from the Sponsor. Information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be treated in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in San Francisco, California, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. International law may apply where required.

For international participants, any disputes will be governed by the rules of arbitration described above unless prohibited by the laws of the participant's country of residence. In such cases, mandatory local laws regarding dispute resolution shall apply, but the substantive aspects of the dispute shall still be governed by California law to the extent permitted.

14. Force Majeure

Feather reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures, or malfunctions or other causes beyond Feather's control have destroyed or severely undermined or impaired the integrity and/or feasibility of the Promotion.

15. General Conditions

Feather reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Feather's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion. Feather reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to, fraud, technical problems, security malfunctions, or in the event the Promotion is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (1) suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Rules; or (2) terminate the Promotion and, in the event of termination, no participant shall be eligible for a Reward of any type.

This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Feather reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. Governing Law

Governed by laws of the State of California unless local laws require otherwise. International law may apply where required.
